CALL template user guide

The Climate Action Living Laboratory Spotlights Gallery aims to engage with potential CALL partners, offer the Office of Sustainability a record of completed projects, and showcase important progress toward the VT Climate Action Commitment. Do you have a project that you would like to spotlight? Ensure that your project satisfies the following criteria, integrate it into the provided template, and then email sustainability@vt.edu to have it added to the gallery. Access the Canva template here.

CALL projects must:

  • Have both academic and non-academic partners and components
  • Focus on addressing/advancing one or more goals in the VT Climate Action Commitment
  • Occur between 2020 and the present day

If so, use the provided CALL template to have your project spotlight featured in the CALL Spotlights Gallery.

Your spotlight should include detailed alt-text to maintain web accessibility standards. Alt-Text should describe the full content of the image so that it can be perceived and understood by people who may not be able to see or otherwise grasp the meaning of it. This can be achieved by including a plain-text copy of all the text on your completed spotlight and descriptions of the included images.
